Horse Rider

Horse riding is an activity that requires excellent tuning with the horse along with other factors. Dr. Singal’s love for fitness, dedication, and patience helped him easily acquire the skill of maneuvering a horse.

It is refreshing for him to ride through the fresh air and connect with the animal that understands the rider’s body language and emotional state.

He feels it is one of the best forms of exercise that helps improve one’s balance, posture, and body coordination. Further, harnessing the power of controlling an animal in itself feels rewarding and boosts one’s confidence.
